A Google map for electric car charging stations

A search of electric vehicle charging stations within 300 miles of Portland reveals a total of 73 locations.

President Obama wants to speed up electric vehicle use across the country.

His administration today announced it is offering up $5 million to help communities build the infrastructure and charging stations needed to support electric vehicles.

One thing that would help EV drivers? A Google map of charging stations across the country.

I did a quick search and found 73 charging stations within 300 miles of Portland. Plan your long-distance trips wisely!

    There are around 30 stations now showing in the Portland area.  I live in the Dallas area where the number of charging stations is growing, which I’m sure is also happening everywhere else.
